FAR PART 13, SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES ARE UTILIZED IN THIS PROCUREMENT AS AUTHORIZED BY FAR SUBPART 13.5, TEST PROGRAM FOR CERTAIN COMMERCIAL ITEMS.
THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS ATTACHED. THIS ACTION IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS.

This solicitation is a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-50.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 443120 with a small business size standard of $25.5 million.

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement to establish a Firm Fixed Price contract for renewal of McAfee Endpoint Protection for the NIST, Gaithersburg, MD Campus in accordance with this solicitation and all attachments.
