Engineering Services:  FA8509-17-R-0014

This requirement is for MC-130J aircraft sustaining engineering services and technical support for systems on the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) aircraft throughout their life cycles.  This effort will require the contractor to define, assess, and resolve various engineering and technical support issues for the MC-130J aircraft.  The contractor shall perform system engineering and technical liaison services to support the aircraft system/subsystems and their integration into the aircraft.  The contractor shall provide an enhanced engineering design and analysis capability, support aircraft modifications, address operational capability improvements, analyze/recommend aircraft  availability improvements, suggest reliability and maintainability actions, perform replacement system analysis, assist with resolving deficiency reports, and assist with aircraft troubleshooting/repair. The contractor will as required produce and install limited kits for minor modifications in order to standardize fielded aircraft installations with the MC-130J consolidated modification line.  

Cost Plus Fixed Fee and Cost Reimbursement No Fee are anticipated pricing arrangements.

Period of Performance:  Basic is 12 months with (2) two 12 month annual option years.  (Total 3 year contract period, if all options are exercised)

 Place of Performance:  These services will be performed at the contractor or subcontractor's facility, Government facility, or other locations as required.

 The Government anticipates an 8(a) sole source award to Strategic Enterprise Solutions, Corporation (SES), CAGE Code:  4PUA5.

 All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
