This is notice that Amendment 01 is being posted as an attachment to this solicitation.

This competitive acquisition, in accordance with FAR Subpart 16.5 ordering procedures for Fair Opportunity, is set-aside for Small Business to be awarded as an order under the Special Operations Forces/Personnel Recovery (SOF/PR) Multiple Award Contract for Modifications (MACM) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Pool A Fixed Wing. 

This is a procurement of the design of a MC-130J permanent loadmaster conformal signal light solution as well as the production and installation of a total quantity of one (1) Trial Kit, one (1) Kit Proof, 55 production kits and five (5) initial spares kits, Provisioning, Technical Data, and Travel.
