This is a firm fixed unit price, with economic price adjustment, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract in accordance with FAR Part 16.203-1 (a)(2). The quantities shown in Table B4 are estimates only. Multiple awards are anticipated. Delivery orderes will be issued to the awardees.

 The total unit price for each item shall used for total bid calculation. Please calculate the total pricing for each item/unit multiplied by the quantity needed, per each Option year.

NOTE: OFFERS MAY BE MADE ON SOME OR ALLOF THE SUB-CATEGORIES BELOW (for example, Hydroquinone, 25
