MCC Compact and Threshold Programs is seeking to retain the services of an independent consultant with Customs Policy and Administration expertise to assist MCC with the implementation and closeout of MCC Compact and Threshold Programs. The Consultant should be abreast of the latest trends in these sectors as related to international customs policy, and in particular initiatives taken by other donor organizations and other multilaterals in this sector.
