The United States Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) intends to award a sole source, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) type modification to Navistar Defense, LLC (Navistar) for continued System Technical Support (STS)/System Sustainment Technical Support (SSTS) services for the in-production and out-of-production Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) MaxxPro Family of Vehicles (FoV). The modification to the existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, W56HZV-15-D-0037, will increase the total estimated contract ceiling value which will allow 213,585 additional hours to be utilized through 31 March 2020. This action will not be competed, in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition, 10 U.S.C. 2304(d)(1) as implemented by far 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) and (B) "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements."
