***NOAA's Acquisition & Grants Office, Western Acquisition Division-Boulder, National Weather Services, Radar Operations Center, intends to negotiation, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), with DataPath Inc, for licensing and service maintenance plan for existing MaxView software products to be used in Norman, OK.

***The sole source determination is based on the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) requirement that DataPath is the only brand Service Maintenance Plan (SMP) proven to support the NPN CMS Profiler. MaxView Software requirements is the Rockwell Collins Satellite Communications Systems (RCSCS) SMP. DataPath is the sole proprietor of MaxView and owns the software, code and content, and is considered Confidential and Proprietary Information to DataPath. DataPath has no resellers of their SMP. Period of Performance from Date of Award through 11/31/2021 as a base period and 4 option years from 12/1/2021 through 11/31/2025.
