This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is a Small Business set-aside;  NAICS 511210;  Size standard of $35.5M. Synopsis will be as follows. This requirement is for brand name description of Maximo software.  The Maximo software captures and communicates relevant data (work orders, labor hours, work order status, job assignment, material used, etc.) that supports the maintenance of $46 Billion in real property infrastructure for the US Marine Corps. The maintenance support required includes software version updates, information assurance security patches and telephone help desk support.
