This is a notice for an actual solicitation for commercial commodities to procure Three (3) each P/N 10-95-A21 MAUS V Chassis/Computer, three (3) each P/N MAUS-DR-11.1 Variable Stroke Scanner and Track Assembly, Twenty (20) each P/N SPC-292-3A/1K Maus Brand Probe
Reflection .750 DIA kHz - 20KHz and Twenty (20) each P/N SPC-292-3A/5K Maus Brand Probe Reflection .750 DIA 5 KHz- 50KHz for Tinker AFB, ok. The proposed contract action is for a commodity that the Government intends to solicit competitively as a Small Business Set Aside 100%. The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIMA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to negotiate a firm fixed price CLIN.
A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract is contemplated. The requested delivery date is 6 weeks after contract award for the probes, 3 months for the scanner and track and 5 months for the MAUS V chasis.
The proposed requirement is a Brand name acquisition as the Air Force uses the units manufactured by NDT solutions in NDI repair of the B-52, B-1, E-3 and E-6 and also the KC-135 aircraft at Tinker AFB, OK.
System for Award Management (SAM) registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334118. With a size standard of 1000.
