The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the one- time test, troubleshooting, teardown, evaluation, and repair of the 51 CMMXS Paint and Scuff Booth Make-up Air Units (MAUs) coils for the Oklahoma City-Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). The Contractor shall also provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and clothing, to include reflective clothing (belt, vest, etc.); hearing and eye protection, to include prescription safety glasses; safety harnesses; fall protection equipment; lifting equipment and any incidentals necessary to perform test, troubleshooting, teardown, evaluation, and repair of eleven (11) coils within three (3) MAUs of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The equipment is listed in Appendix A. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a Time and Materials CLIN is contemplated. The proposed Period of Performance is 29July 2014 - 29 August 2014. The estimated award date is 22 July 2014.
