The U.S. Department of Commerce/National Environmental Satellite data and Information Service, Field Delegate requires the following:
The RF communications between the 13M antenna systems (3) and the satellite operations center is the critical data and control link. The Universal Switching Corporation ECL Matrix Switch G2S 1200CE and integral redundant switching required power supplies, arrays, and control CPU are key components to this communications link. This equipment will augment an original installation by NOAA. Spares for this system will be available to ensure reliability of this and the other government installed identical systems.

Offerors shall price their proposals for each component offered. The Government may make individual awards for the items or combinations of items that result in the lowest aggregate cost to the Government, including the assumed administrative costs.
The Period of Performance for the requirement will be date of award through October 30, 2014.
