This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed-price contract resulting from this solicitation.

The solicitation number is N0001511016 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-46.
The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 511210 and the small business size standard is $25.0M. This acquisition is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.
The following clauses and provisions are applicable: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-- Commercial Items with addenda in attached RFQ. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items, offerors' proposals will be evaluated against the evaluation criteria in the attached RFQ. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its proposal. FAR 52.212-4, Contracts Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items. In accordance with DFARS 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports, the contractor shall submit their payment request electronically using the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The WAWF website is located at https://wawf.eb.mil. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database to receive a contract award. Information and registration are available at www.ccr.gov.
Quotations must be received electronically via email and must be received no later than 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, 7 Dec 2010.
