SIUC is seeking an analytics engine and accompanying toolboxes (modules) that will 1) reduce TCO (total cost of ownership) to SIU and the state; 2) provide researchers, faculty and students with a single "look and feel" for these tools, with a common look and feel across multiple disciplines of research, and across many industries; and 3) prepare our students for the tools and business practices they will see when they graduate and move into their chosen careers. The University has determined that this purchase is only economically available from this source because the procurement is software license, upgrade or maintenance.
