Solicitation N00421-16-T-0571 is issued as a competitive procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis for MATHWORKS LICENSES and SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE SERVICE, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13.

Although not set-aside for Total Small Business, offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be made to small business owners.
