The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County (District) requires fiber vaults, fiber conduit, OFDC-C, 2C-OFDC Feeder cables, Splitter cabinets and splitter cartridges for the Elbe to Morton area in Washington State with delivery in accordance with the IFB's exhibits. This project will utilize the community connect grant funds therefore bidders must comply with Buy American requirements promulgated at 7 CFR 1787 to be considered responsive and responsible.
