This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order on a sole source basis to MasterControl LLC for the following MasterControl Field Based Solutions, validation, and upgrade as specified on the attached Sole Source Justification.

The Period of Performance is for two (2) years from the date of award. Delivery shall be FOB destination.

Electronic Payment through Government Purchase Card is the Government’s preferred method of payment.

Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/) to be eligible for award.  Instructions for registration are available at the websites.

Offerors shall include the following additional information with submissions: point of contact (including phone number and email address), contractor cage code, and contractor DUNS.
