The FY 2013 Command Master Religious Program for the USAG Baden-Württemberg (which includes USAG BW and its subordinate garrison of Kaiserslautern) calls for a contract with a single source supplier that provides musicians for the entire USAG via a non-personal services contract. This non-personal services contract requires an agent or agency, hereafter referred to as the Master Musician, to supply and administer the services of qualified musicians for all U.S. Army chaplain-led worship services, special events and funeral/ memorial services in military chapels of the specified community.
