CITY OF REDMOND MASTER DEVELOPER OF NORTH POINT VISTA MIXED-INCOME NEIGH BORHOOD PROJECT Proposals due at 4:00 p.m. PT, January 6, 2023 NOTICE AND REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The City of Redmond is soliciting quali fications from development teams to manage the development and build-out of the Northpoint Vista (formerly Skyline Village) Mixed-Income Neighborhood Project as detailed within the City's Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Interested individuals or firms may download the RFQ and related standard contract from the City of Redmond website. Go to https://www.redmondore gon.gov/business/rfps-rfqs or navigate to the City of Redmond website at www.redmondoregon.gov, click on the Business Tab, then the RFPs & RFQs link. If you have questions about obtaining the RFQ or the process, please contact Kelly Morse, City Recorder, at 541-923-7751 or kelly.morse@redmond oregon.gov. Sealed RFQs must be received by Kelly Morse, City Recorder, at 411 SW 9th Street, Redmond, Oregon 97756, on or before 4:00 p.m. PT on January 6, 2023. Envelopes should be clearly marked "Northpoint Vista Mixed- Income Neighborhood Project RFQ". Provide one (1) digital copy (no email submittals), one (1) original physical copy, and five (5) physical copies of the Proposal. The orig inal should be marked "Original" and must bear an original ink signature by an indi vidual authorized to represent the Proposer. Late submissions will not be accepted. The City of Redmond reserves the right to reject proposals not in compliance with the prescribed procedures and require ments set forth in the RFQ and may reject for good cause any or all response upon a finding of the City that it is in the public interest to do so. All interested parties may attend a pre-submittal meeting, held virtually on November 29, 2022, 10:00 a.m. PT.
