The Authority is seeking submissions from qualified firms to provide comprehensive development Services for the Authority in connection with its Project, specifically to as determined by the Authority in its sole discretion: (1) establish public/private partnerships for development and construction to rehabilitate the Project; (2) to provide management services or secure a management agent for the project as well as assist and train staff to review project for tax credit compliance; (3) with assistance from staff, provide relocation services for tenants until project completion and (4) manage all phases of development, procuring and contracting with all third parties and managing construction efforts and timelines. The Authority’s vision for this Project is to rehabilitate its low income housing in accordance with the Authority’s policies and bylaws, in addition to exploring sources of funding available to the Authority. The Authority intends to utilize a RAD / Section 18 blend coupled with 4% LIHTC.
