Bidder must be on the School District of Philadelphia list of Prequalified Contractors as of 5/23/2023. The Trust for Public Land will receive sealed bids online via PennBid until 5/23/2023 at 4PM local time, at which time they shall be opened online and publically posted on PennBid’s website.
