This announcement constitutes a sources sought synopsis for written information only.  This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and a contract will not be awarded from this announcement. This sources sought notice is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response. 

The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center of Norfolk, Virginia is seeking to identify qualified and experienced sources to furnish the necessary management, technical services, labor, material, support services and equipment deemed necessary to provide a full range of depot level repairs and alterations, troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and removal of main and auxiliary, hull, mechanical and electrical (HM&E) equipment and systems as defined in the attached draft HM&E Statement of Work (SOW).                          

The appropriate NAICS code is 336611, with a small business standard of 1250 employees.

Reponses to this Sources Sought shall include the following information in this format:

1.  Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, fax number and  email address.

2.  Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code.

3.  Business Size - Large Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantage, 8(a), Hubzone, Woman-owned and/or Veteran-owned.

4.  Capability statement and relevant experience in the requirements included in the attached Draft SOW. This documentation shall clearly indicate the firm's prior/current corporate experience performing efforts of similar size and scope within the last three years, including contract number, organization supported, indication of whether a prime or subcontractor, contract value, Government point of contact with current telephone number, and a brief description of how the contract referenced relates to the technical services described herein.

5.  Include any other supporting documentation. 

Submissions are not to exceed nine (9) typewritten pages in no less than 12 font size. Respondents will not be notified of the results.
