No responses were received with the posting in Oct. 2013. Please
respond, especially if you are aware of any small manufacturers that can provide any of these items. 


The solicitation will result in a 5-year BPA in accordance with FAR 13.303, for the GSA Special Order Program (direct delivery to a specific end user).  The agreements will be fixed price; however, an awardee may request an annual price increase after the first 12 months of award. Pricing is not required in response to this notice.  Orders will be for delivery throughout the continental United States and will be issued FOB DESTINATION. Orders for locations outside the continental U.S. will be delivered to a consolidation point/distribution center within the continental U.S.
