NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County, Nevada (RTC) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to implement RTC’s Marketing Plan. This marketing plan is a product of RTC’s development of the FY 2023-2027 Transit Optimization Plan Strategies (TOPS). In addition to plan implementation, the transit marketing consultant will provide strategic and practical advice to help the transit agency achieve the goals contained in TOPS of increasing ridership, customer satisfaction, and public awareness.
