MARKET SURVEY / SOURCES SOUGHT FOR FUEL DELIVERY (LP GAS) AT SUNNY HAY MOUNTAIN, ALASKA I. PURPOSE: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Northwest Mountain Region, is conducting a Market Survey / Request for Information to improve the Government’s understanding of the current marketplace and to identify qualified and capable sources. This is not a Screening Information Request or Request for Offer of any kind. Responses to this market survey will be used to determine if adequate competition exists to set the requirement aside for certified Small Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB) / 8(a) program, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), or Small Businesses in lieu of opening the acquisition up for full and open competition. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this Market Survey. Therefore, any costs associated with vendor’s market survey submissions will be solely at the interested vendor’s expense. II. II. SCOPE OF WORK: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Northwest Mountain Region, intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price Purchase Order to deliver approximately 1,000 gallons of LP Gas (Propane) from a portable tank via helicopter to Sunny Hay Mountain in Alaska. The vendor is to furnish all labor and equipment to perform services, including but not limited to, labor, equipment rental (bobtail, flatbed, pump, hose, etc.) and helicopter services. III.
