The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the Roof Replacement at the Ontario ATCT. The period of performance is for 60 Calendar days.
At this time the nature of the final competition has not been determined. The FAA may decide to do a full and open competition or set aside the procurement for small businesses, service disabled veteran owned small business or eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses that are certified by the SBA for participation in the SBAââ¬â¢s 8(a) Program. The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 238160-Sheet metal roofing installation.
Interested vendors are advised of the following:
(a) This is not a Screening Information Request for Proposals of any kind;
(b) The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals;
(c) The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey; and
(d) Any costs associated with this market survey submittal is solely at the interested vendorââ¬â¢s expense
The Government intends to award a firm fixed price, low priced technically acceptable offer.
