STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Washington Flight Program (WFP) has a requirement for pilot training that spans multiple aircraft types within the FAA's Washington D.C. fleet. The contractor shall provide Level D (or higher) flight simulator training for Gulfstream G-IV and Cessna Citation CE-560XL aircraft types. The training program must deliver aircraft-specific Initial and Recurrent pilot training in accordance with the FAA-approved 14 CFR 135 operating requirements. HOW TO RESPOND TO THIS MARKET SURVEY: Interested contractors should submit the following information via email to the Contracting Officer at

1. CAPABILITY STATEMENT ââ¬â Please identify: a) Type of services provided by your firm b) Number of years in business c) Geographic area where your company can provide services d) Previous experience for work involving similar scope e) Brief summary of the capabilities of your company including commercial products currently offered f) Existing acquisition vehicles. Identify if services are offered on established government acquisition vehicle (such as GSA).
2. CERTIFICATIONS ââ¬â Please answer each of the following questions:
a) Is your company a training center certificated under part 142 and authorized to grant type ratings in a Level D flight simulator in each of the following aircraft types: Gulstream G-IV, and Cessna Citation CE-560XL?
b) Can your company provide aircraft-specific ground and flight training in a Level D flight simulator in the aircraft types listed above in accordance with an operatorââ¬â¢s FAA-approved 14 CFR 135 training program?
3. GENERAL PRICING INFORMATION ââ¬â Include your commercial and/or publishing price lists or provide a rough order of magnitude for range of costs (example $$-$$$ per course/per student/per hour/per program). Detailed cost data is not desired.

The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendors expense.
