The Contractor shall provide all labor, to include supervision, supplies, (to include expendable equipment such as brooms. mops. dust cloths, toilet paper, trash bags, air freshener and soap) as well as providing tools, materials, and equipment (such as a vacuum cleaner with a beater bar brush attachment, a carpet shampooer and/or other required equipment.) This contract is to include all floors, hallways, and entryways. All work described herein shall be done in accordance with the following specifications and standards. Custodial service applies to all designated spaces including, but not limited to, halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, cubicles, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators, and stairways.
