The City of Pawtucket, RI (the “City”) and the Pawtucket Redevelopment Agency (the “Agency” or “PRA”) are preparing to finance Phase 1 of a development project known as the Tidewater Landing Project in the Pawtucket Downtown Redevelopment Area. The total proposed development includes a soccer stadium, event center, retail, commercial and residential components (the “Project”). The City and Agency seek proposals for a market study (the “Study”) for Phase 1 of Fortuitous Partners’ (the “Developer”) proposed development within the Tidewater site and Division Street redevelopment site (the “Development”) located in the City of Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
