The Contractor will provide all services, materials, and equipment to design, develop, and deploy a Maritime Domain Awareness Information Sharing platform. The proposed web application shall be hosted off-site either in a secure government cloud environment or other secure off-site hosting facility. Regular service, maintenance, and potential further development shall be conducted by the prospective bidder throughout the contract period. The MDAISP is intended to function as a situational awareness tool, an incident management tool, and a briefing tool.
