NOTICE TO BIDDERS MARIPOSA COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT INVITES QUALIFICATION PROPOSALS FOR THE MARIPOSA TOWN RENOVATION (PS&E) A U.S. Economic Development Authority (EDA) Funded Project PROJECT 0150-1903 COUNTY OF MARIPOSA invites Qualification Proposals for: Design and Engineering Services in Support of the Mariposa Town Renovation Project, located in the Town of Mariposa, California Work to Include: Preparation of Final Design Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E). The project has been approved based on the Preliminary Engineering Report. The final design plans and PS&E must follow these guidelines which includes rehabilitation of existing parking lots, improved roadway, on-street parking, and sidewalk connectivity that includes ADA provisions where feasible; Improvements to the MPUD public water and sewage system, new lighting and communication facilities. The project is located on both sides of Highway 140, between 3rd Street and 12th Street. The project must comply with local historical review, and must minimize disturbance to the environment: The project has a Categorical Exemption that could affect the scope of work. DBE is required.
