The Scope of the Work includes, but is not limited to: • Remove AC driveway and replace with AC driveway • Remove PCC pathways throughout park and replace with wheelchair accessible PCC pathways • Remove concrete around playground and install PCC edge • Install drainage system under playground and connect to catch basin • Remove existing flagpole and replace flagpole with lighting, electrical, and lighting control panel • Refinish existing wrought iron fence • Irrigation modification and installation including irrigation controller and flow sensor • Installation of backflow preventer • Sod and amendments removal and replacement • Remove and install new park entry signage and regulatory signage • Clean and paint monument signage • Remove picnic structures and concrete pads • Install pre-fab picnic ramadas on new wheelchair accessible PCC pavement • Wheelchair accessible water/drinking fountain • Remove and replace site furniture (waste containers, benches, picnic tables, grills, coal ash receptacles, including wheelchair accessible tables and grills) • Remove and replace playground equipment and structures • Install rubber flooring with gravel base at playground
