The objective for this requirement is to ensure consistent and constant communication between the National Marine Fisheries Services (NMFS) Southeast Regional Office (SERO) and the fishing industry relative to the importance of their role in successful implementation of the Take Reduction Plans (Plans) requirements. The Contractor’s duties will entail: (1) facilitating two-way communication with both individual commercial fishermen and industry groups affected by the Plans; and (2) contributing to the effectiveness of the Plans. Questions should be received no later than June 24, 2024 at 14:00 ED. Any responses to questions will be made in writing, without identification of the questioner, and will be included in an amendment to the solicitation. Even if provided in other form, only the question responses included in the amendment to the solicitation will govern performance of the contract.
