July 9, 2024 - Amendment 0002 - This notice and attached SF30 amends solicitation 1305M324Q0240.  The purpose of this amendment is to (1) provide answers to all questions received from interested parties, see attached Amd 0002 Q&A Document; (2) provide an updated conformed SF1449 with changes in Section 6 highlighted for awareness, see attached Amd 0002 Updated SF1449.  

July 2, 2024 - Amendment 0001 - This notice amends solicitation 1305M324Q0240, extending the deadline for quote submission.  An amendment is forthcoming with answers to the questions received.

The objective for this requirement is to ensure consistent and constant communication between the National Marine Fisheries Services (NMFS) Southeast Regional Office (SERO) and the fishing industry relative to the importance of their role in successful implementation of the Take Reduction Plans (Plans) requirements. The Contractor’s duties will entail: (1) facilitating two-way communication with both individual commercial fishermen and industry groups affected by the Plans; and (2) contributing to the effectiveness of the Plans. See attachments.

Offerors must submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to Grace Parker at [email protected] and Kristina Kolata at [email protected]. Questions should be received no later than June 24, 2024 at 14:00 ED. Any responses to questions will be made in writing, without identification of the questioner, and will be included in an amendment to the solicitation. Even if provided in other form, only the question responses included in the amendment to the solicitation will govern performance of the contract.
