Bids received after Thursday, October 12, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. will not be considered. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud. Pre-Bid Information: There will be a Pre-Bid Conference at Marina at Lake Catherine State Park, 1200 Catherine Park Road, Hot Springs, Arkansas 71913 on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Hard copies of plans and specifications are available for purchase at contractor’s expense, or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room.
