The Scope of Services for the Project includes all disciplines necessary to completely design and construct the Project, including, without limitation, all on-site and off-site work. The services sought for this Project include all customary services normally provided under the umbrella of the design-build method of project delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, full design services (including design of FF&E), agency approvals, site survey, geotechnical investigation, construction, procurement, scheduling, estimating, value engineering, general contracting, permitting, utility coordination and construction, building commissioning, project closeout, and warranty services. Construction of the MRC facility may also include modification and improvements to the existing parking lot and onsite traffic circulation as needed to support the new MRC facility. This shall be considered included in the scope of the Project. The intent of any onsite parking lot and traffic circulation modifications is to provide the minimum extent necessary to support the new building. SEE RFP NO. 247 FOR COMPLETE SCOPE OF SERVICES.
