This is a Request for Quote (RFQ).  This is NOT an order.  This document is not legally binding and does not commit the US Government in anyway. 

The RFQ is for the procurement of Vertical Wind Tunnel Services for MARFARSOC. All completed quotes must be submitted via email to Michel J. Leandre Jr. at [email protected]

All questions concerning this procurement, either technical or contractual must be submitted in writing, via email, to the Contracting Office. The deadline for submittal of questions regarding this solicitation is 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 8 June 2023. Responses will be provided via solicitation/RFQ amendment. No direct exchanges between the technical representative and a prospective Offeror shall be conducted unless it is deemed necessary by the Contracting Officer. Questions and Quotes shall be submitted via email to: Michel Leandre, [email protected], and Betty Gonzalez, [email protected], referencing RFQ number and company full name in email subject line section (Example: Big USMC LLC. – RFQ H9225723Q0039).

Quotes are due in accordance with the RFQ.  If your entity is interested in submitting a quotation, please do so before the solicitation close date and time of 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, 20 June 2023. Quotes will not be accepted passed the aforementioned date & time specified.  Quotes shall be valid for a minimum 90 calendar days.
