Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) - Marine Raider Regiment (MRR)

MRR and its subordinate battalions require Contractor provided materials and services as part of a regularly scheduled Prolonged Field Care (PFC) Course. The course shall be capable of providing training seats to both Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsmen (SOIDCs) and Critical Skills Operators (CSOs) in various stages of their pre-deployment training cycle. Contractor shall provide comprehensive logistics and facilities support specific to participant lodging, onsite, full technology classrooms, experienced physician and subject matter expert instructors, realistic scenarios, cadaveric anatomy and procedures familiarization, professional hyper-realistic moulage with human role player(s), coordination of high angle and rescue rigging ropes instruction with practical application, modes of unconventional transportation as well as multiple dedicated training sites and medical training lanes for use. Therefore, external support will be required to sustain mission readiness through augmented contracted external facility and training support. 

ALL questions concerning this procurement, either technical or contractual must be submitted in writing, via email, to the Contracting Office. The deadline for submittal of questions regarding this solicitation is 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 18 Aug 2021. Responses will be provided via solicitation/RFQ amendment. NO direct exchanges between the technical representative and a prospective Offeror shall be conducted unless it is deemed necessary by the Contracting Officer. Quotes must be received no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 6 September 2021. Quotes received after this time frame shall not be considered for award.
