SCOPE AND LOCATION OF WORK The following items of work are to be performed in these Special Provisions: Removal and replacement of steel bridge railing, including all incidental work. SPECIFICATIONS The work shall be done in accordance with the City of Sacramento Standard Specifications, dated June 2007 with Addendum No. 1 (August 2009) and Addendum No. 2 (April 2012). The General Requirements of this contract shall be governed by these Special Provisions first, followed by the City of Sacramento Standard Specifications. Other standards or specifications specified in these Special Provisions govern only the applicable technical specifications for the items of work referenced.
