Work to be Performed: The work shall generally consist of renovating the existing Marchetti Park. The work shall include, but not be limited to, clearing, grubbing, grading, landscaping, irrigation facilities, removal and installation of various concrete and fence amenities, tennis court rehabilitation, hardscaping, installation of underground utilities, site furnishings and restroom facilities, traffic control, water pollution control. The estimated cost of construction is $1,500,000. A prebid meeting is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., June 25, 2024, at the City Council Chambers located at 200 “H” Street Antioch, California 94509. This meeting is to inform bidders of project requirements. BIDDER'S ATTENDANCE AT THIS MEETING WILL BE MANDATORY.
