INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV, intends to enter into a sole source contract with Maquet Medical Systems USA to provide maintenance and repair services for three Maquet CS300 Intra-Aortic Balloon units. The contractor's parts, repairs and service actions will be performed in accordance with manufacturer's original performance and engineering standards included in the MCare Gold Agreement.

This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this synopsis is 5 February 2018 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time.
