The Supervisor of Shipbuilding (SUPSHIP), Groton, CT is seeking (two) sail access covers to be manufactured in accordance with IAW NAVSEA DRAWING 6817320. Items shall be solid laminate manufactured in accordance with details 10-2A, 11-2A, 12-2A, 13-2A, Sect 14-2A references 2, 3, 8, 9, 10. The sail access covers must be delivered to the New London CT Naval Submarine Base by 31 JAN 2018. This RFQ is prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures) as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. Questions regarding technical, drawings and or contractual issues must be addressed to the Contract Specialist via e-mail only. Lack of registration in the System for Award Management database (www.sam.gov) will make a vendor ineligible for award.
