THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation 1305M2-20-Q-NCNT0243 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07.

The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Center for Operational Oceanographic Products and Services (CO-OPS), 7600 Sand Point Way, Seattle, WA has a requirement for three components for the Kwajalein permanent water level station.  The components include an elevated platform, a deck-mounted solar panel stand, mount and stand to support the MWWL sensor.  Delivery shall be no later than 90 days after award of the order to the CO-OPS Tide Gauge Shop, 7600 Sand Point Way, Seattle, WA.
