The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Detroit District is seeking firms that have the capability to provide construction services to mobilizing to the Manistee South Breakwater, Manistee, MI, and removal of existing armor stone and construction of a Steel Sheet Pile (SSP) encapsulation of the existing timber crib structure. Voids in encapsulation are to be filled with graded stone. A concrete cap is to be placed on top of the (SSP) structure and armor stone placed at the toe of the sheet pile. Project also, includes clean-up and demobilization

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is intended to be issued a firm-fixed price contract set aside 100% for HUBZone Small Businesses.
