The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Research Triangle Park Division is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) on the topic of neutral atoms quantum computing, in support of the U.S. Army Research Office (ARO) and the Laboratory for Physical Sciences (LPS). In particular, this RFI seeks information on the status and technical challenges associated with manipulating and performing high fidelity and stable quantum gates on neutral atoms for application in universal fault-tolerant quantum computing. Neutral atom systems have made many significant advances in recent years [1-4] and this RFI is seeking insight into those advances, potential new revolutionary approaches, and methods to overcome roadblocks limiting fault-tolerant universal quantum computation using neutral atoms. There are 4 main topic areas detailed below:

1) Insight into fundamental limitations;

2) Key supporting technology requirements for near-term experimental demonstrations;

3) Possibilities for modular implementations and

4) Community input into government investment needs.
