This project consists of excavating material out of the Manatee Harbor Dredge Material Management Area (DMMA) located in Manatee County, Florida.  The material shall be transported approximately 7.5 miles south to the Washington Park Placement Site. Project work consists of using the excavated material to construct a haul road in Washington Park with a finished crest elevation of 18.6 feet. Material from the DMMA shall then be placed in the fill template at the southern end of the haul road. The placed material shall be surrounded by a perimeter silt fence. Project work also includes clearing and grubbing, seeding, installation of drainage structures and slope protection features, and environmental monitoring.

The project will have an estimated period of performance of 365 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
