This notice is a Sources Sought and Request for Information (RFI). Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
Interested contractors should respond via email to Glenn Kowallis at [email protected] by the date and time in this Sources Sought/RFI. Emailed responses shall not exceed 2MB and shall include the following information.
1. Short Capability Statement of fulfilling the requirements in the SOW,
2. Indication, if any, of Socioeconomic status as classified by the Small Business Administration (SB, WOSB, SDVOSB, 8(a) or HubZone) and
3. An active DUNS number registered in www.SAM.gov.
Design and deliver workshops that will be offered as integral parts of existing Public Diplomacy (PD) courses including Foundations of PD (PY100), PD Tradecraft for Public Affairs Officers (PY122), PD Tradecraft for Cultural Affairs Officers (PY140) and Managing PD Resources Overseas (PY331). Workshops will cover topics such as the Department's budget process, the PD funding matrix, PD resource allocations, and various Department-specific budget systems. Workshops will range from one hour to three full days and will be delivered both on the FSI campus and in overseas locations.
