This posting is a Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) to assist in the market research for the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
We are requiring a CAPABILITY STATEMENT from either companies or individuals who can perform the work specified in the SOW.

Please submit your CAPABILITIES per the attached SOW and include:
-Any recomendations for changes or clarifications to the SOW,
-Cost estimates as an HOURLY rate,
-Business size standard/Socioeconmic distinctions (e.g. Woman Owned, SDVOSB etc.)

Contractor shall develop and deliver workshops ranging from one hour to three full days (six hours of instruction) covering selected topics listed below for up to 24 participants per session. The specific topics and length of the workshops will be determined by the Government.
