The purpose of the Request For Proposals (RFP) is to award a single contract for the provision of of Management Development Programme for NATO staff The main scope the contract covers: Provision of core management-related MDP training cycles at least one in English and one in French on annual basis, consisting of maximum four modules delivered in NATO HQ. Each cycle must have no more than 4 onsite modules of maximum 2 days each, with a laps time between the modules of around 6 weeks. The cycle should be based on a blended learning approach including e.g. self-assessments, 360° assessment, onsite modules, onsite or remote coaching, on-line delivery, case studies, group assignments and discussions. Provision of complementary to MDP stand-alone management-related trainings that would be offered to staff. The duration shall be one or two days depending on the topic such as: Team management and dynamics; Communication excellence; Results orientation; Stakeholder management; Personal effectiveness. These services are considered as fixed-firm price purchased options that may be purchased from time to time by the Organization, at its sole discretion, during the effective period of the agreement. The prospective contract period of performance is from 1 June 2020 (tentatively) till 30 June 2023. The initial Contract duration may be extended through the exercise of two one-year extension options resulting in an extended Contract duration which in no case shall exceed a maximum of five years.
