The City of Fort Myers, Florida (City) is seeking qualified and experienced professional Firms (“Operator” or “Proposer” or “Firm”) to provide turn-key operations and management of the City of Fort Myers Fort Myers Racquet Club, located at the Sam Fleishman Regional Sports Complex, 1700 Matthew Drive, in accordance with the specifications, conditions, and other provisions of the RFP. The Tennis Program and Facility Operation Services must include daily court upkeep and maintenance. The Operator shall formulate, implement, direct manage, and control a complete and full-service Municipal tennis and pickleball program for persons of all ages and skill levels at the Fort Myers Racquet Club. The City’s primary goal is to secure an Operator with experience and expertise to run a public facility, with reasonable rates in line with other public Tennis Centers without financial or operational assistance from the City.
