The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), hereinafter referred to as “DHS”, is seeking bids for Managed Care Auditing: Quality of Care External Quality Review (EQR) under the new CMS MCO Rule for auditing requirements, from a certified Independent Public Accounting (IPA) firm, and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract. Auditing services will be used by DHS Bureau of Fiscal Management (BFM) for EQR audits to review State fiscal years (SFY) 2018, 2019 and 2020. A Wisconsin State fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30. All audits under this RFB are to be conducted within a six (6) month period after the completion of that fiscal year. The initial Contract term commences July 1, 2018, and concludes June 30, 2019, with the final report for the 2018 fiscal year due December 2018.
